I. Return & Exchange

Return and exchange policy

Getmypap.com will accept an exchange or full refund on any product a customer is not satisfied within 40 days after the product is delivered. CPAP/APAP/BiPAP machines need to be returned in a like-new condition and CPAP accessories (air filters etc) can only be returned in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.



Warranty period

We warrant that if you use our products as they are intended, our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years for new CPAP/APAP/BiPAP machines and 1 year for new accessory products (air filters etc) from the date of purchase. We do not warrant our products against general wear and tear or damage as a result of misuse, modifications or improper maintenance.

If you receive a defective product, we will either repair or replace the defective product or its defective component part(s) in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. We warranty the replacement for the remaining unexpired period of the original product’s warranty.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and to products purchased directly from getmypap.com.



II. Procedure of Goods Return

1. Please email us at support@getmypap.com and address the issue.

2. We will respond within 24 hours during business days and as soon as possible on weekends and holidays. Our team will offer you return and exchange guidance according to your specific requirements. 

3. All items (including all parts and accessories) must be returned to us via express delivery.

4. We will refund you within 3 working days after the item is returned to the address we provide.

5. Payment method for refund: PayPal.
